Commonwealth legislation
This determination sets how much applicants must pay to register products under the WELS scheme. It prescribes fees for first and later applications each charging year (starts 15 September), aggregates minor products, and reduces the federal fee where a State/Territory already charges one (s5). Two reduction/offset provisions expired on 14 September 2015.
