sec.8 Interpretation of Commonwealth water efficiency laws
The Acts Interpretation Act 1901 (Cwlth) applies— as a law of this State in relation to the interpretation of the applied provisions; and as if the applied provisions were a Commonwealth Act or regulation or other instrument under a Commonwealth Act. The Acts Interpretation Act 1954 does not apply to the applied provisions. s 8 sub 2014 No. 51 s 35 (sec.8-ssec.1) The Acts Interpretation Act 1901 (Cwlth) applies— as a law of this State in relation to the interpretation of the applied provisions; and as if the applied provisions were a Commonwealth Act or regulation or other instrument under a Commonwealth Act. (sec.8-ssec.2) The Acts Interpretation Act 1954 does not apply to the applied provisions.
