sec.7 Modification of Commonwealth water efficiency laws
A regulation may modify the Commonwealth water efficiency laws for the purposes of this Act. Without limiting subsection (1) , a regulation may provide that the Commonwealth water efficiency laws apply under section 6 (1) as if an amendment to the Commonwealth water efficiency laws— made by a law of the Commonwealth; and stated in the regulation; had not taken effect. s 7 sub 2014 No. 51 s 35 (sec.7-ssec.1) A regulation may modify the Commonwealth water efficiency laws for the purposes of this Act. (sec.7-ssec.2) Without limiting subsection (1) , a regulation may provide that the Commonwealth water efficiency laws apply under section 6 (1) as if an amendment to the Commonwealth water efficiency laws— made by a law of the Commonwealth; and stated in the regulation; had not taken effect.
