sec.3 Object of Act
The object of this Act is to adopt in this State a uniform Australian approach to the regulation of water efficiency labelling and standards. For the purpose mentioned in subsection (1) , this Act— applies the Water Efficiency Labelling and Standards Act 2005 (Cwlth) as a law of this State; and makes provision to help ensure that the Commonwealth Act and the applied law of this State are administered on a uniform basis by the Commonwealth as if they constituted a single law of the Commonwealth. s 3 sub 2014 No. 51 s 32 (sec.3-ssec.1) The object of this Act is to adopt in this State a uniform Australian approach to the regulation of water efficiency labelling and standards. (sec.3-ssec.2) For the purpose mentioned in subsection (1) , this Act— applies the Water Efficiency Labelling and Standards Act 2005 (Cwlth) as a law of this State; and makes provision to help ensure that the Commonwealth Act and the applied law of this State are administered on a uniform basis by the Commonwealth as if they constituted a single law of the Commonwealth.
