sec.22 Existing WELS inspectors
This section applies to a person who— was appointed as a WELS inspector under section 45 of this Act as in force immediately before the commencement of this section; and still held the appointment immediately before the commencement. On the commencement, the person’s appointment as a WELS inspector— continues to have effect according to its terms; and is taken to be an appointment made under the applied provisions. s 22 sub 2014 No. 51 s 35 (sec.22-ssec.1) This section applies to a person who— was appointed as a WELS inspector under section 45 of this Act as in force immediately before the commencement of this section; and still held the appointment immediately before the commencement. (sec.22-ssec.2) On the commencement, the person’s appointment as a WELS inspector— continues to have effect according to its terms; and is taken to be an appointment made under the applied provisions.
- (a) was appointed as a WELS inspector under section 45 of this Act as in force immediately before the commencement of this section; and
- (b) still held the appointment immediately before the commencement.
