15 Cancelling or suspending registration
(1) The Regulator may cancel or suspend the registration of a WELS product if: (a) the requirements in section 14 are not complied with; or (b) the Regulator is satisfied that the information provided either in the application for registration of the product or by notification to the Regulator: (i) was not accurate at the time of the provision of the information; or (ii) is no longer accurate; or (c) the Regulator is satisfied that the product does not comply with the WELS standard for that product set out in section 7.
