51 ACCC to give notice to Part 7 operator of its approval or determination and publish the decision
(1) The ACCC must give notice in writing to the Part 7 operator of its approval or determination, as the case requires, of infrastructure charges under rule 49. (2) The ACCC must, on the day on which it gives notice to the Part 7 operator under subrule (1), publish the notice and the reasons for its decisions on the ACCC’s website.
