46 Application by Part 7 operator to ACCC
(1) A Part 7 operator that proposes to levy infrastructure charges after the application period must apply in writing to the ACCC for approval or determination of its infrastructure charges under this Part. (2) An application under subrule (1) must include the information referred to in Schedule 3.
