31 ACCC to give notice to Part 6 operator of its determination or approval and publish the decision
(1) The ACCC must give notice in writing to the Part 6 operator of the ACCC’s determination or approval, as the case requires, under rule 29 of the operator’s infrastructure charges. (1A) If the circumstances in subrule 29(3A) apply, the notice may also specify a capital expenditure project as a contingent project and set out the conditions that the operator must satisfy in relation to the contingent project before the operator may apply for a variation of a determination or approval of its infrastructure charges under Division 4. (2) The ACCC must, on the day on which it gives notice to the Part 6 operator under subrule (1), publish the notice and the reasons for its decision on the ACCC’s website.
