27 ACCC must publish application
After receiving an application under this Division, the ACCC must publish on the ACCC’s website a notice which includes, subject to Division 1 of Part 8: (a) a copy of the application; (b) a copy of any further information received in response to a request under rule 26; (c) an invitation to interested parties to make submissions to the ACCC in relation to the application before a date specified in the notice.
