56ZK Obstruction
A person –
(a) [Section 56ZK Amended by No. 32 of 2012, s. 8, Applied:25 Feb 2013] without reasonable excuse, must not obstruct a water and sewerage officer or his or her agent or a meter reader; or
(b) [Section 56ZK Amended by No. 32 of 2012, s. 8, Applied:25 Feb 2013] must not intimidate or threaten a water and sewerage officer or his or her agent or a meter reader –
in performing any function or exercising any power under this Division.
Penalty: Fine not exceeding 100 penalty units.
