102 False or misleading information
[Section 102 Amended by No. 32 of 2012, s. 12, Applied:25 Feb 2013] A person must not furnish information to the Minister, the Treasurer, the Regulator, a regulated entity, a water and sewerage officer, a meter reader or an authorised officer that is false or misleading in a material particular.
Penalty: Fine not exceeding 100 penalty units.
