Western Australia regulation
Regulation 3 requires an entry warrant under section 72(6) of the Water Agencies (Powers) Act 1984 to use the form in Schedule 1. Regulations 1 and 2 commenced on 24 June 2026; the remaining regulation commenced on 25 June 2026. This is general legal information, not legal advice.
