95 Minister may formulate model water charge rules (1) The Minister may formulate, in writing, model rules for regulated water charges. Note: The model rules do not have any legal effect under this Act but are available for adoption by States, Territories, infrastructure operators and other persons. (2) Model rules formulated under subsection (1) are not legislative instruments.
