62  Regulations may provide for exceptions  (1) Without limiting section 250E, the regulations may provide that subsections 58(1) and 59(1) do not apply to the activities specified in the regulations.  (2) Without limiting subsection (1), the regulations:  (a) may provide that subsections 58(1) and 59(1) do not apply to a particular activity only if the conditions specified in the regulations are satisfied; and  (b) may provide that subsections 58(1) and 59(1) do not apply to a particular activity only for the period specified in the regulations.
