239K  Rights to sue President or Commissioner become rights to sue Authority   If a right to sue a person, in the person’s capacity as the President or a Commissioner, existed immediately before the commencement of this Part, but had not been exercised, from that commencement the right to sue:  (a) ceases to be a right to sue the person; and  (b) becomes a right to sue the Authority. Note: The Agreement provides for the Basin States to indemnify the Authority for a share of the costs associated with rights covered by this section.
