95 Registers (1) The Controller must keep one or more registers of licenses granted under this Act. (2) Each register must: (a) be publicly available on the Agency's website; and (b) contain any information required by the Regulations. (3) The Controller may keep information about a licence in the register from being publicly available if satisfied, on application by the holder of the licence, that it is justified on the grounds of commercial confidentiality.
