84A Actions that may be taken if fee or charge unpaid If a fee or charge imposed under this Act remains unpaid for more than 30 days after the date on which payment is due, any one or more of the following actions may be taken until the full amount of the fee or charge is paid or recovered: (a) the Controller may suspend a permit or licence granted under this Act, other than a permit granted under section 36; (b) the Minister may suspend a permit granted under section 36; (c) the Controller or Minister may: (i) cease to provide a service to which the unpaid fee or charge relates; or (ii) cease or refuse to provide any other service under this Act to a person to whom, or to any land in respect of which, the fee or charge relates.
