47 Declaration of exemptions (1) The Administrator may, on the recommendation of the Minister, by notice in the Gazette, declare that a provision of this Part does not apply to or in relation to a bore, or to drainage water or waste, of a class or description specified in the notice and, accordingly, that provision does not apply. (2) A declaration under subsection (1) must not exempt the application of the following provisions: (a) section 60A; (b) section 67(4).
