33D Power to take action and recover costs (1) If a person given a remediation notice fails to comply with the notice, the Minister may take the action required by the notice and any reasonable expenses incurred are payable by the person as a debt to the Territory. (2) The Minister must give the person a notice stating the amount of any reasonable expenses incurred.
