132 Pending review before Minister (1) This section applies in relation to an application for review of a decision or action that: (a) was made under section 30 as in force before the commencement; and (b) had not been determined by the Minister before the commencement, whether or not the matter had been referred to the Review Panel. (2) Despite the repeal of Part 3, Divisions 2 and 3 effected by section 41 of the amending Act: (a) the Minister must determine the pending application in accordance with this Act as in force before the commencement; and (b) the Review Panel continues in existence for the purpose of dealing with a matter referred to it under section 30(3)(b); and (c) a person who was the Chairperson of the Review Panel continues to hold office as the Chairperson for the purpose of enabling the Panel to consider a matter referred to it under section 30(3)(b); and (d) Part 3, Divisions 2 and 3 of this Act as in force before the commencement continue to apply after the commencement in relation to the pending application.
