13 Rights of owner or occupier of adjacent land over banks of boundary waterway The owner or occupier of land immediately adjacent to the banks of a waterway, which banks are the property of the Territory, has, subject to this Act, the Soil Conservation and Land Utilisation Act 1969 and section 79 of the Pastoral Land 1992, the right to access for the owner or occupier or the owner's or occupier's family and employees, and for the owner's or occupier's stock, to and over those banks.
