105B Additional orders on finding of guilt If a person is found guilty of an offence against this Act, the court may, in addition to any penalty that it may impose, and to any other order that it may make under this or another Act, make any of the following orders: (a) an order requiring the person to take an action to rectify or mitigate the consequences of the offence; (b) an order requiring the person to take an action or to cease taking action that is continuing the offence or exacerbating the consequences of the offence; Water Act 1992 93 (c) an order that the person pay to the Territory an amount determined by the court to be equal to a fair assessment or estimate of the financial benefit that the person, or an associate of the person, has gained, or can reasonably be expected to gain, as a result of the commission of an offence against this Act.
