84R What is recorded in the water register about water-use licences? The Minister must ensure that the following details are recorded in the water register in relation to a water-use licence— (a) the name and address of the holder of the licence; and (c) the conditions to which the licence is subject; and (d) the annual use limit; and (e) any other information that the Minister considers necessary; and (f) any other prescribed matters.
