84H Delegation S. 84H(1) substituted by No. 32/2010 s. 56. (1) The Registrar, by instrument, may delegate any of the Registrar's powers, duties or functions under this Act or under a subordinate instrument made under this Act, other than this power of delegation, to— (a) a person employed under Part 3 of the **Public Administration Act 2004**; or (b) an Authority. (2) A delegation under subsection (1) may be subject to any conditions which the Registrar considers appropriate.
