80A Design criteria etc. for re-use dams The Minister may, by Order published in the Government Gazette, specify— (a) design criteria for private dams for the re-use of water; and (b) a formula to determine the maximum volume of water that may be re-used each year by a person by means of such dams. S. 81 (Heading) inserted by No. 23/2019 s. 46(1).
