64S Change of ownership of specified land (1) In the case of a transfer of ownership of the whole of the land specified in a water-use licence, the person to whom ownership is transferred is deemed to be the holder of the licence. (2) In the case of a transfer of ownership of part only of the land specified in a water-use licence, the licence is to be taken to be cancelled on the day on which transfer of the ownership of the land takes place.
