51C Bodies must consider application (1) Within 30 days after receipt of an application referred to a body under section 51B, the body— (b) may advise the Minister in writing that— (i) it does not object to the issue of a licence; or (ii) it does not object if the licence is issued subject to the conditions specified by the body; or (iii) it objects to the issue of the licence on any specified ground; and (c) may give to the Minister its comments on the application. (2) If a body makes no response to the Minister within 30 days after receipt of an application referred to it under section 51B, the Minister may proceed to determine the application.
