48C Requirements as to making of allocation (1) The Minister may make an allocation under section 48B either— S. 48C(1)(b) amended by No. 50/2010 s. 13(2). (b) at the request of the Water Holder. (2) The Minister, on allocating an entitlement under this section, must cause a copy of the instrument allocating the entitlement to be published in the Government Gazette. S. 48D inserted by No. 99/2005 s. 24.
