44A Amendment of entitlement where water allocated to environmental entitlement (1) A bulk entitlement granted to an Authority under this Division may be amended (by notice in writing given by the Minister to the holder of the entitlement) by removing from the entitlement any water that is set aside for the environment through the operation of a condition on the entitlement. (2) An entitlement must not be amended under subsection (1) unless the Minister is allocating to an environmental entitlement the water that is subject of the condition under the bulk entitlement.
