41 Application to be deferred in certain circumstances If— S. 41(a) amended by No. 5/2002 s. 14(a). (a) a notice is published under section 27(4)(a)(i); and (b) an application is subsequently made under section 36(1) in respect of groundwater in an area that is the subject of the proposed declaration— the Minister must defer consideration of the application until either— (c) an Order is made under section 27(1); or S. 41(d) amended by Nos 62/1995 s. 44(2), 5/2002 s. 14(b). (d) a notice is published under section 27(10).
