363 Determining place of take For the purpose of this Division, a place from which water was taken before the commencement day is taken to be one of the following, where the case so requires— (a) the location of the meter which measured the water taken for use on the land specified in the water-use licence or the water-use registration; (b) the place at which estimates were made of the water taken for use on the land specified in the water-use licence or the water-use registration; (c) for an Authority or the Water Holder, the place at which the water taken was measured or estimated.
