351 Transitional provision for interstate rights (1) An equivalent interstate right that is the equivalent of a water share and that was the subject of an approval under this Act immediately before the commencement of section 16 of the 2021 Act, on and from that commencement is taken to be approved under section 33AG as amended by the 2021 Act. (2) An equivalent interstate right that is the equivalent of a water allocation and that was the subject of an approval under this Act immediately before the commencement of section 16 of the 2021 Act, on and from that commencement is taken to be approved under section 33AG as amended by the 2021 Act.
