349 Standing direction taken to be standing assignment On and from the commencement of section 9 of the 2021 Act— (a) an old standing direction is taken to be a standing assignment; and (b) any reference to an old standing direction in any legislative instrument, agreement or other document is taken to be a reference to a standing assignment.
