347 Definitions ***old standing direction*** means a standing direction (within the meaning of this Act as in force before the commencement of section 9 of the 2021 Act) that was in force immediately before that commencement; ***2021 Act*** means the **Water and Catchment Legislation Amendment Act 2021**. Division 2—Transitional provisions for Part 2 of the 2021 Act S. 348 inserted by No. 48/2021 s. 108.
