34Disclosure of information for purposes of conversion

34 Disclosure of information for purposes of conversion (1) The Registrar of Titles must ensure that all records and information for which the Registrar of Titles is responsible which are necessary to enable— (a) an Authority to carry out its functions under this Schedule or to give effect to this Schedule; or (b) the Minister to carry out the Minister's functions under this Schedule or to give effect to this Schedule; or (c) the Registrar to carry out the Registrar's functions under this Schedule or to give effect to this Schedule— are disclosed to the Authority, Minister or Registrar, as the case requires, for those purposes. (2) An Authority must ensure that all records and information for which the Authority is responsible which are necessary to disclose to the Registrar of Titles for the purposes of this Schedule are disclosed to the Registrar of Titles, for those purposes. (3) The Minister must ensure that all records and information for which the Minister is responsible which are necessary to disclose to the Registrar of Titles for the purposes of this Schedule are disclosed to the Registrar of Titles, for those purposes. (4) The Registrar must ensure that all records and information for which the Registrar is responsible which are necessary to disclose to the Registrar of Titles for the purposes of this Schedule are disclosed to the Registrar of Titles, for those purposes.
