33H Matters Minister must specify in issuing water share On issuing a water share the Minister must specify— (a) in the case of a water share issued under this Part to more than one person, whether the share is to be held by those persons— (i) as joint tenants; or (ii) as tenants in common; S. 33H(b) repealed by No. 48/2021 s. 35(2). (c) the Authority (if any) that is responsible for providing services in respect of the water share. S. 33I inserted by No. 99/2005 s. 41.
