313Licences may be revoked or suspended

313 Licences may be revoked or suspended (1) If in the opinion of the Drillers' Licensing Board the licensee has— (a) contravened any provision of Part 5 or the regulations made for the purposes of that Part; or S. 313(1)(b) amended by No. 5/2002 s. 54(a). (b) used a method of drilling or bore construction not endorsed on the licence; or S. 313(1)(c) inserted by No. 5/2002 s. 54(b). (c) contravened a condition of a licence issued under section 67— the Board may, by written notice served on the licensee, revoke the driller's licence or suspend it for the period specified in the notice. (2) A notice served under subsection (1) must specify the reasons for the revocation or suspension.
