294 Occupier or manager required to state owner's etc. name and address (1) An officer of an Authority may require the occupier of any land or premises or any person who is employed in the management of any land or premises to state the name and address of the owner of that land or those premises or of any person who has an interest in that land or those premises or who is employed in the management of that land or those premises.
