289B Offence to interfere with flow of water[[52]](#endnote-53) (1) A person must not knowingly interfere with the flow of water in any waterway, aquifer or works under the control and management of an Authority, without the consent of the Authority or another authorisation under this or any other Act, being an interference that results in— Note to s. 289B(1) inserted by No. 48/2021 s. 100(1). (2) A person must not recklessly interfere with the flow of water in any waterway, aquifer or works under the control and management of an Authority, without the consent of the Authority or another authorisation under this or any other Act, being an interference that results in— Note to s. 289B(2) inserted by No. 48/2021 s. 100(2). (3) A person must not interfere with the flow of water in any waterway, aquifer or works under the control and management of an Authority, without the consent of the Authority or another authorisation under this or any other Act.
