288 Offences as to Authority's property[[48]](#endnote-49) (1) A person must not knowingly destroy, damage, remove, alter or in any way interfere with any property of an Authority without the consent of the Authority or another authorisation under this or any other Act, being a destruction, damage, removal, alteration or interference that results in— Note to s. 288(1) inserted by No. 48/2021 s. 98(1). (2) A person must not recklessly destroy, damage, remove, alter or in any way interfere with any property of an Authority without the consent of the Authority or another authorisation under this or any other Act, being a destruction, damage, removal, alteration or interference that results in— Note to s. 288(2) inserted by No. 48/2021 s. 98(2). (3) A person must not destroy, damage, remove, alter or in any way interfere with any property of an Authority without the consent of the Authority or another authorisation under this or any other Act. (4) In this section and in section 288A— ***property of an Authority*** includes works or other real or personal property that— (a) belongs to an Authority; or (b) is under the control and management of an Authority.
