287H Property transferred in accordance with allocation statement On the relevant date for an allocation statement— (a) all property and rights of the transferor, wherever located, that are allocated under the allocation statement, vest in the transferee in accordance with the statement; (b) all liabilities of the transferor, wherever located, that are allocated under the allocation statement, become liabilities of the transferee in accordance with the statement.
