284 Reimbursement by State S. 284(1) substituted by No. 110/1997 s. 25(3). (1) The Minister must ensure that an Authority is reimbursed by the State any amount waived by the Authority in accordance with section 283(3) or (3C). S. 284(1A) inserted by No. 41/2013 s. 53(1). (1A) The Commissioner of State Revenue may pay any amounts required to be reimbursed under subsection (1). S. 284(2) amended by Nos 110/1997 s. 25(4)(a)(b), 46/1998 s. 7(Sch. 1), 41/2013 s. 53(2). (2) An Authority must provide any information that the Minister or the Minister administering Part 7 of the **Financial Management Act 1994** or the Commissioner of State Revenue may require for the purposes of subsection (1) or (1A).
