261 Valuation equalisation factor An Authority whose district includes parts of more than one municipal district may, if the most recent valuations of properties within those municipal districts were not made in the same year, request the Valuer-General to determine a valuation equalisation factor for each of those municipal districts. S. 262 amended by No. 85/2006 s. 111(2) (ILA s. 39B(1)).
