191 Approval of regional waterway strategies The environment Minister and the Minister administering this Act may approve a regional waterway strategy submitted under section 190 and notify the Authority in writing of its decision. S. 192 amended by No. 121/1994 s. 190(4), repealed by No. 85/2006 s. 80, new s. 192 inserted by No. 50/2010 s. 29.
