170G Inconsistency (1) If there is an inconsistency between a restriction or prohibition in a by-law and a permanent water saving plan applying to a person who receives a supply of water from an Authority, the person must comply with the restriction or prohibition in the by-law. (2) A restriction or prohibition in a permanent water saving plan is of no effect to the extent of that inconsistency. S. 171 amended by No. 90/2003 s. 5 (ILA s. 39B(1)).
