169A Offence not to comply with notice of contravention[[36]](#endnote-37) (1) A person on whom a notice of contravention under section 169 is served must not knowingly fail to comply with the notice, being a failure to comply that results in— Note to s. 169A(1) inserted by No. 48/2021 s. 92(1). (2) A person on whom a notice of contravention under section 169 is served must not recklessly fail to comply with the notice, being a failure to comply that results in— Note to s. 169A(2) inserted by No. 48/2021 s. 92(2).
