159D Review of plan at request of Minister (1) The Minister may at any time, by notice given to the water corporation, require the water corporation to review an emergency management plan and remake the plan. (2) In remaking a plan the water corporation must include or have regard to any matters that are required by the Minister in the notice under subsection (1). S. 159E inserted by No. 17/2012 s. 29.
