153 Notice to alter or remove works[[32]](#endnote-33) (1) An Authority that intends to do anything that affects the works of another Authority or a public statutory body may, by notice in writing, require the other Authority or public statutory body to alter or remove those works in the way, and within the time, specified in the notice. (2) If the other Authority or public statutory body notifies the Minister of its objection to the notice, the matter must be resolved in accordance with section 154.
