122F Additional function of Central Gippsland Region Water Corporation (1) In addition to any other functions conferred on the Central Gippsland Region Water Corporation, the Corporation has the function of receiving waste from any person, whether inside or outside the sewerage districts managed and controlled by the Corporation, for treatment or disposal by the Corporation. ***waste*** includes— (a) trade waste or any sewage, whether that waste or sewage is untreated, treated or partially treated; and (b) any matter that is offensive or injurious to human life or health; and (c) any ash, coal-dust or matter that may discolour or impart discolouration to water; and (d) any other matter that the Corporation by by-law declares to be waste.
